PURPOSE. This handbook provides pertinent information regarding the application and electrical characteristics of equipment employed in Technical Control or Patch and Test Facilities in the Defense Communication System. Electrical requirements which are common to more than one equipment category are discussed in Section 2. The remainder of the Handbook is divided into seven sections, each of which includes specific application information and electrical characteristics for a single category of equipment items.
