inactive
Organization: CSA
Publication Date: 1 June 1997
Status: inactive
Page Count: 22
scope:

This standard applies to package furnaces. For the purpose of this standard, a package furnace is a gas-fired, warm-air furnace with an input rate exceeding 400,000 Btu per hour (117.2 kW) for installation in commercial or industrial structures. It is supplied by one manufacturer as a complete self-contained unit, including burner, controls, heat exchange section, and is usually completely shop assembled prior to shipment, requiring only service connections to be made in the field.
