scope:
PURPOSE. To establish a uniform method for the initiation, control, and maintenance of equipment logs for certain selected flight hardware and related ground support equipment which is produced or procured for in-house use.
APPLICABILITY. This Instruction will apply to all organizations that will initiate and maintain the logbooks when required by the design specification.
