This instruction applies to all elements of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) enterprise, including NAVSUP Headquarters, the Naval Inventory Control Point, the Navy Exchange Service Command, Commander Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers, Navy Supply Information Systems Activity and the Naval Operational Logistics Support Center.
Purpose.
To update policy, assign responsibilities and provide guidance for congressional correspondence and inquiries, the conduct of official business with members of Congress, congressional committees and their representatives per reference (a) and legislative proposals.
