scope:
This standard specifies requirements for the construction, performace, primary packaging and labelling of non-hand-held sparklers and the corresponding test methods. It is applicable to fireworks which are classified as non-hand-held sparklers in categories 1 and 2 in EN 14035-2 and which are contained in a primary pack.
