This Standard relates to one grade of grease, for use as a lubricant in lightly loaded, high-speed antifriction bearings of certain aircraft actuators and similar equipment, and for certain equipment in submarines, over the temperature range minus 75 to plus 230 ºC and where conventional soap-type thickened greases would be unsuitable.
