CEA-23-A defines the measurement procedures for determining compliance with FCC Rules for "Cable Ready Consumer Electronics Equipment", under 47 C.F.R. §15.118(c). These procedures define the specific tests needed to determine compliance with the following requirements:

§15.118(c)(1) - Adjacent Channel Interference

§15.118(c)(2) - Image Channel Interference

§15.118(c)(3) - Direct Pickup Interference

§15.118(c)(4) - Tuner Overload

§15.118(c)(5) - Cable Input Conducted Emissions
