This NES contains details and arrangements of weatherdeck systems and equipment for Surface Ships not referred to in other NES. It also contains a list of fittings which may be provided on weatherdecks (including superstructures) and ships sides above the waterline. This list is not exhaustive and may be added to.
This NES does not contain arrangements or details of Life Saving equipment, fittings and stowages. This information is contained in NES 148.
