Purpose.
To provide policies and guidance for determining functional requirements of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), provide specification information, and set forth guidance for the look and feel of the display output.
This instruction applies to all NAVAIR activities and to the Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs) supported by NAVAIR Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ).
