This INTERIM Defence Standardspecifies requirements for a water-based paint suitable for application topainted equipment to provide a temporary camouflage. The material has specificinfra-red, visible and ultraviolet reflecting properties and paint to this INTERIMStandard shall comply with the requirements of STANAG 2835.
The paint, when applied toequipment, shall have a useful life of not less than 6 months and be capable ofbeing removed with water.
Paint to this INTERIM Standardshall satisfy the requirements of STANAG 2836
