SCOPE AND SUITABILITY
This specification govern two grades (AL-31 and AL-41) of fuel system ioing inhibitor (FSII) intended for use in aviation turbine fuels. AL-41 is a high flash point product intended specifically for use in AVCAT/FSII to Specification DEED2452.
FSII provided to this specification shall possess satisfactory performance and properties when used in appropriate aircraft and/or gas turbine engines operated by the Ministry of Defence or other Government Department.
