The Technical Ammunition Data required to be supplied by the contractor relates to the design state of the store plus the variable production data. There are two categories of data requirements and the type of contract or order will indicate which is applicable.
Contracts dealing with ammunition destined for the British Army.
A Technical Ammunition Data Pack for each batch or lot is to be supplied by the contractor when the ammunition is destined for the Quarter Master General (QMG) Army Stocks.
The contractor is to supply to DLSA the results of all proof carried out on ammunition destined for QMG Army Stocks.
Contracts for overseas customers and for FH70/SP70 ammunition.
An Ammunition Data Card for each batch or lot is to be supplied by the contractor when the ammunition is destined for overseas customers, and for all orders for FH70/SP70 regardless of destination.
