scope:
This Standard applies to all persons whose work may involve, intentionally or otherwise, disturbance to:
a) automatic fare collection equipment;
b) telecommunication systems;
c) electrical equipment;
d) lifts and escalators;
e) mechanical services;
f) signalling equipment.
Purpose
The purpose of this Standard is to ensure that any work that may, intentionally or unintentionally, involve disturbance to the systems and equipment listed is undertaken in such a manner that it does not endanger passengers or staff or interfere with the operation of the railway.
