INTRODUCTION
This leaflet describes the possible sources of contamination of pneumatic systems which should be taken into account when complying with the requirements of Leaflet 703, para 2.6.
In servo systems where close tolerances between working parts are critical, protection by filters or other devices is essential. In other systems, however, where large air flows occur, fine filtration may not be necessary.
