The scope of VDI Guideline 2083 Part 12 complements VDI Guideline 2083 Part 2 with regard to safety and environmentally relevant measures necessary to control the effects which are common to all systems. Due to the wide variety of products, processes, tasks and constructional conditions applicable to cleanrooms, a guide with general comments on procedures is presented in this part of the guideline. These procedures are not only applicable to new, modernized or disassembied constructions, but also to the extension or dose down of cleanroom installations. The correct method of disposal of Installation components and operating materials is also discussed.
