scope:
This guideline establishes a methodical basis for analysis and assessment of the consumption of electrical energy in existing buildings. Characteristic values differentiated in terms of uses and dedicated zones are used to that end.
Characteristic values shall be derived from measured values, where possible. Alternatively, they can be determined by means of calculation. Any specifics of the building, installations and user are taken into account when comparing the characteristic values.
