Area of application and purpose

This guideline VDI6028 Part 2 is used to compile technical stipulations and requirement profiles for sanitation engineering. The possible valuation criteria are described based on these factors.

Using the list of options, the criteria that should be applied and the timescale involved must be chosen for a building project. The various stipulations can be met by clients, users, property planners, specialist planners or other people involved in the planning process as well as the companies that will carry out the tasks.

A further refinement (specification) or reduction of the criteria to a few main points must occasionally be suggested to the client in view of the influences that can be exerted on the implementation by the property planner/specialist planner according to the selected procedure. The individual descriptions of the type of systems and components and their implementation outlined in the planning data sheets must be filled out depending on the planning or often depending on the room requirements (different areas of use). The requirements of the client should in any case be reflected in the list.
