This standard is applicable to trainings for the continuing education of interested parties in the field of "Communication and public participation" in planning and building of infrastructure projects. The training is with reference to the content of standard VDI 7001. It is geared to the work stages of the German fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) and addresses mainly engineers fulfilling the following functions:
