This guideline provides information on the planning, dimensioning and the provision and installation of sanitary facilities such as bathrooms, guest WCs, kitchens, laundry rooms and utility rooms in private housing.
It applies to rented dwellings, owner-occupied dwellings and to apartments in single-family houses and apartment blocks. The following guidelines, among others, should be noted as delimiting or supplementing the present guideline:
