This CID outlines the minimum requirements for a 500 Megahertz (MHz), four-channel oscilloscope with a two Giga-sample per second (GS/sec) sampling rate and digital storage. This commercially-available digital storage oscilloscope will be used on a bench and is capable of being modified with a rackmount kit to be included in a rackmount assembly. Only those manufacturers that meet or surpass the requirements outlined in this CID are qualified.
