Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this publication is to adopt standard minimum design criteria for replenishment aspects of new construction naval vessels. Participating nations agree to adopt the minimum replenishment at sea design criteria specified herein for new construction naval vessels with an overall length greater than 107 m (350 ft).
