scope:

This Standard specifies the types and symbols, chemical compositions, marking and other requirements for zinc alloy ingots for die casting (hereafter referred to as "ingots").

NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows:

ISO 301: 2006 Zinc alloy ingots intended for castings (MOD)

In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/ lEe Guide 21-1.
