Guide for Classifying Electrical Insulating Materials Exposed to Neutron and Gamma Radiation
|Publication Date:||1 January 1967|
The purpose of this Guide is to classify the environmental conditions of gamma radiation, neutron flux, and temperature in which electrical insulating materials must operate. These environmental classifications are applicable to the specification and selection of the appropriate types of electrical insulation for nonmilitary equipment and devices that will be exposed to nuclear radiation.
