SUMMARY OF CHANGES

This interim change reflects administrative changes and adds waiver authority tiers IAW AFI 33- 360, Publications and Forms Management, 25 Sep 13. Throughout this document, when a requirement is mandated for compliance at the installation level, the appropriate waiver authority to the requirement is indicated in parentheses (T-0, T-1, T-2, or T-3) following the sentence/paragraph that drives the requirement. Changes include clarifying the requirement for unit/depot and MAJCOM AVDOs to ensure proper inventory procedures to Chapter 2. Minor changes include removing custodian file guidance from Chapter 9 and the addition of XD Purpose Identifier Code to Attachment 17. Finally, all references to AFMAN 23-110, USAF Supply Manual have been changed to AFI 23-101, Materiel Management. A margin bar (|) indicates newly revised material.
