This specification covers two series of miniature, high density, quick disconnect, bayonet coupling, circular, environment resistant, electrical connectors capable of continuous operation within a temperature range of -65ºC to +175ºC (see 6.1). These connectors are intermateable with applicable series I and series II connectors of MIL-DTL-38999. These connectors are supplied under a MIL-STD-790 reliability assurance program. See 6.1 for restrictions on intended use and applications.
