This draft Standard specifies the attachment requirements for layer 1 and 2, Electro-magnetic Compatibility (EMC), and safety and protection aspects for terminal equipment (as defined in subclause 4.1) to connect at the T reference point or coincident S and T reference point to a public Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) using ISDN basic access in accordance with CCITT Recommendation I.420 [1], and draft prETS 300 012 [2], ETS 300 125 [3], DRAFT prETS 300 126 [4] and draft prETS 300 047 [5].
