This Standard applies to all LU owned, managed or occupied premises.
This Standard applies to any person or organisation in occupation of, in control of or concerned with the management of LU premises or access thereto.
This standard replaces 2-01001-004 A1. The Standard has been re formatted and renumbered. There were no technical changes.
Purpose
The purpose of this Standard is to ensure the risks associated with asbestos containing materials (ACMs) are managed safely in compliance with current legislation and LU policies, to allocate the work associated with the management of those risks and to achieve a sufficient degree of consistency in the presentation of information to allow its clear understanding.
