Purpose.
To provide a comprehensive Department of the Navy (DON) policy for all military and civilian personnel on the identification, prevention, and elimination of sexual harassment and to establish regulations to enforce policy in accordance with the references (a) through (q). This instruction is a complete revision of enclosures (1) through (6) and must be reviewed in its entirety.
