This procedure shall apply in all instances of a signal being passed at danger without authority (category A), on Railtrack controlled infrastructure or where a signal passed at danger could lead to an unauthorised movement onto Railtrack' s controlled infrastructure.

Purpose

This procedure describes the action to be taken following a signal being passed at danger. When implemented, this Procedure shall satisfy the requirements of GO/RT 3252 in respect to category 'A' SPAD' s.
