This procedure applies to all individuals that hold operational competences and those who have responsibilities for and use operations competence standards.
PURPOSE
This procedure sets out the arrangements for the competence assessment and verification of operational employees. It details an approach to quality assurance which is to be followed to confirm that operational competence assessments are carried out fairly and consistently.
