- Sec.3 - Structures and equipment (metallic and non-metallic materials, equipment, steering and appendages.
- Sec.4 - Systems and components (machinery, driven units, outboard engines, piping systems).
- Sec.5 - Safety requirements (arrangement, fire safety, navigation etc.).
The regulations with respect to certification systematics and procedures are given in [1.5] and [1.6]. The technical requirements are given in Sec.2 through Sec.5.
