This Procedure applies to feedback of lessons learnt/issues raised and action plans at both local level within Contract Management and also addresses issues that need to be raised to Infrastructure Contract Managers'/Asset Managers' Regular Meeting and/or at other regular national meetings of ICM/AM reports where feedback is of national significance.
Purpose
The purpose of this Procedure is to define the responsibilities and process for the feedback of lessons learnt and problems identified in administering the IMC.
The lessons learnt shall not only be those relevant to the Contractor, but also those on the way Contract Management are managing and monitoring the Contract.
This Procedure amplifies the requirements as shown in the IDEF Element Process Map Box Nos. 5.2.4.2 and 5.2.4.5.
