SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Procedure applies to feedback of lessons learnt/issues raised and action plans at both local level within Contract Management and also addresses issues that need to be raised to SMF where feedback is of national significance.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Procedure is to define the responsibilities and process for the feedback of lessons learnt and problems identified at Contracts Manager/Employer's Representative/ Project Manager level.
