This standard specifies the requirements for calculating the rolling resistance to calculate the target running resistance in the mode fuel consumption test and energy consumption test (hereinafter referred to as "fuel consumption test") for the road vehicles with the vehicle mass of 3500 kg or less using the 4WD chassis dynamometer.
