This standard is applicable to projects delivered by Infrastructure Investment and includes teams delivering projects on behalf of Infrastructure Investment. This includes the work that is undertaken on behalf of a project by Network Rail's Infrastructure Maintenance Organisation.
Each project is required to assess its own needs with appropriate contract strategies developed to clearly identify the applicable roles of each party under the CDM Regulations.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to implement the requirements of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 for all Infrastructure Investment projects.
