The SSI Applications Manual covers the design and installation of SSI onto Network Rail's signalling infrastructure. It lists all approved documents relevant to SSI.

Where an application to be used on a signalling scheme does not have a supporting modules, suppliers shall provide documentation for inclusion in this Manual.

Purpose

The SSI Applications Manual provides requirements and guidance, to support Solid State Interlocking (SSI) installation onto Network Rail's signalling infrastructure.
