scope:
This standard deals with landscape work, including grubbing out of trees, site stabilization by sowing or planting, construction, maintenance and repair work on playing fields and sports grounds and work to protect existing vegetation.
This standard does not deal with earthwork (cf. DIN 18300) other than for planting purposes, or with soil stripping or stockpiling.
Clauses 1 to 5 of DIN 18299 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, the latter shall take precedence.
