This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the table that is placed and used on hospital beds or care beds, and at the end seating position 1) (hereafter referred to as "bed table"). However, this Standard excludes the table that is placed and used directrly on the bed mattress.
Note 1) The end seating position means the position where a user is seated at the end of bed with both legs going down. It is also called the end sitting position.
