scope:
Purpose. To publish policy for the management of Joint C4/cyber Education and Training programs. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff authority is derived from title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.), section 153(a)(5)(C).
Applicability. This instruction applies to the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, Defense agencies, National Defense University (NDU), Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and the U.S. Army Signal Center of Excellence at Fort Gordon, GA.
