1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is a chlorosulphonated polyethylene rubber tube with good resistance to ozone, vacuum collapse and tearing. It is capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 110 EC and withstanding peak temperatures up to 130 EC. The material remains serviceable at -30 EC and is moderately resistant to hot oil but has poor resistance to highly aromatic and oxygenated fuels.
