This Standard specifies the requirements for an exterior quality stoving infra-red reflecting near matt paint system for the protection and camouflage of defence equipment and service vehicles.

Two primers are specified, Type 1 for use on ferrous substrates and Type 2 for use on non-ferrous substrates.
