AIM
The aim of this agreement is to establish minimum crash, fire and rescue (CFR) core competency levels for all NATO fire officers and fire fighters. The goal is to provide them with the necessary skills to protect personnel, aircraft, munitions, mission essential facilities, and other resources from the threat of fire. This agreement will ensure fire fighters supporting the NATO mission have a common core of experience and proficiency.
