This specification covers hose and end fittings for various maximum operating pressures and for various liquid applications in marine piping systems, as flexible hose connections, however they may be used for other applications or services. End fittings covered under this specification are intended for use with hose specified herein. Any fittings approved under this specification will be suitable with the applicable hose approved under this specification and any approved assembly shall consist of approved hose and fittings only.
