1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is a toothed drive belt based on Hydrogenated Nitrile rubber (HSN) with a double layer of polyamide facing fabric and glass fibre tension cords. The belt is suitable for use where average service temperatures up to 125 EC and peak service temperatures up to 140 EC are experienced. The belt is oil and water resistant and remains flexible down to -40 EC.
