PREFACE
The standards set forth herein apply to the third edition of the Standard for Gas Clothes Dryers, Volume I - Type 1 Clothes Dryers, ANSI Z21.5.1-2002 CSA 7.1-2002, and supersede corresponding standards therein. Following their preparation by the supervising subcommittee, they were accepted by ANSI, the Interprovincial Gas Advisory Council, and subsequently approved.
NOTE: Changes, other than editorial, are denoted by a vertical line in the margin.
