scope:
Purpose. To establish policy and assign responsibility for the training of Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen under references (a) and (b), and United States Naval Academy (USNA) midshipmen pursuant to reference (c).
Applicability. This instruction is applicable to all commands and activities within Department of the Navy (DON) responsible for conducting and supporting midshipmen training programs.
