scope:

Purpose.  To issue Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) policy, establish responsibilities, and prescirbe general procedures in support on the NOMLLS.  This instruction further amplifies references (a) and (b) to integrate all medical lessons into the Naval Operational Medical Lessons Learned Center (NOMLLC), a division of Naval Operational Medicine Institute (NOMI), Pensacola, FL.  This instruction is a complete revision and must be read in its entirety.  Enclosure (1) provides acronyms and definitions.
