APPLICABILITY
Instructions provided in this Directive apply to MSFC civil service employees involved in any MSFC operation where identified hazards cannot be eliminated through engineering or procedure controls. Contractors may use this directive or develop their own, but a PPE program must be addressed in their safety and health program documents. A Job Hazard Safety Assessment Program," for normal non-hazardous office environments, will be used in place of a PPE hazard assessment.
