scope:
This standard specifies the following:
a) safety and hygienic requirements for and requirements regarding the use of ready-for-use beverage dispense systems, components and component assemblies;
b) the testing and inspection of ready-for-use beverage dispense systems, components and component assemblies (referred to below as "test object(s)") to verify conformity with the safety and hygienic requirements of the relevant standards and other technical rules, and the procedures for conducting these tests/inspections as part of factory production control or third-party inspection by a test laboratory that is accredited by the certification body for beverage dispense systems.
