scope:
Purpose. To establish policy for the Cooperative Deployment Program and to define responsibilities and procedures for coordinating partner nation (PN) navy participation in cooperative deployments with U.S. Navy (USN) strike groups.
Applicability. All fleets and units participating in cooperative deployments or enabling organizations who nominate candidate partners for participation will adhere to the process prescribed by this instruction.
